Terms and Conditions

• Check in available from 2.00 pm and check out time by 10.30 pm
• Please let us know at Endeavour House the estimated time of arrival so that we are here to welcome you. Luggage maybe left for collection later by prior arrangement.

b) Deposit and Cancellation Terms

• On booking a deposit equal to one nights stay is payable.
• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• We operate a 10 day cancellation policy whereby if you cancel less than 10 days prior to the date of your arrival you will incur the full room charges, if we cannot re book the room.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• If you depart early the whole booking fee is still payable.

c) No Smoking Policy and Pets

• No Smoking is allowed at Endeavour House, we have a strict no smoking policy in all parts of the building and forecourt.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

d) Responsibility for Damage

• You will be liable for the cost of reinstating any damage caused by you.
